A wee Wordle to remind you of who I am.
Can you even believe it? It's been like, what, a million years? I don't know if I remember how to do all this it's been so long. So yup, got me a new 'puter, the old one just stopped wanting to play much at all. Got to get used to all the new toys on this one (would have loved to afford a Mac but I'm penny pinching now the Peru trek is LESS THAN A YEAR away. Woohoo! I have also delved into the world of Photoshop, and I'm so excited I could about do a little wee. So, so much to learn, and loving the Youtube tutorials I'm digging up. I'll post something when I think it's worthy.

We are experiencing some technical difficulties, please remain in your seats...

Bloody computers. They’re excellent when they work, but when they misbehave....grrr. Posts might be a bit lacking for the next little while until I can afford to have someone out to fix this wretched thing – I’m hoping to upload a few posts from work because I don’t want you to get the jitters (withdrawal and all). I haven’t been so crafty this last week either...I think it’s because it’s winter, and after I get home from a stressful day all I want to do is curl up, read for a couple hours and go crash under the doona. Yep, I’m becoming an old woman. Or I could be fulfilling my basic animal instinct to sleep when it’s dark. Yes, that’s it. In tune with nature I am. Of course it’s dark at about 5.30pm. Looking more like the old lady theory, huh? I have my whinging pants on this morning – the sun is lovely streaming through the windows on the north side of the house, the computer room is on the south side and my fingers feel like they might just drop off. Or shatter, all liqudy-nitrogeny-hollywoodesque. Drama queen. I could shut a window, or a door, or put on a jumper, I suppose. But where would the fun be in that? I do love this time of year if only for the constant cuddles I get from Akasha. Now she is getting to be an old lady, and constantly seeks out my lap (for warmth) becoming very disgruntled if I dare to get up. Or move. At all. I need to trim her claws.
